- To create opportunity for the poor and deprived community for self-reliance
- To ensure livelihood as well as provide scope for sustainable development
- To form women SHG service centre at cluster level to provide regular technical, financial and moral support to SHGs
- To establish production-cum-marketing centres for promoting income generating activities in non-farm sector
- To ensure accessibility of target population to the government supported development and welfare programmes through lobbying and advocacy of the community-based organisations in association with panchayats
- To provide a scope for lobbying and advocacy with administration and development departments to avoid poor living conditions of the deprived community advocacy for rehabilitation of child labour and providing alternative means to families concerned
- Strengthening and capacity building of the gram panchayats on issues of development, civil and human rights, women empowerment, local governance, health services and quality education
